2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text, or online.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and checks.
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Remove personal belongings prior to service.
• Inform us of any pre-existing conditions (e.g., sensitive materials, damaged parts).

5. Liability

• We are not liable for damage to vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions.
• We take utmost care, but are not responsible for the loss of valuables left in the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to address the issue.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.
